Fun at the lake!

We love going to Grandpa's house on the lake - it is so much fun!! Here's John and Grace in the canoe and Grace after her jetski ride with Papa - she loved it!

Nathaniel loves the water and sand - his favorite toy is a bucket so he can get water and dump it out.

A new playground for our little monkeys!

So after a little "discussion", I convinced John that it was time to upgrade from our plastic playset to a larger, wooden one. He couldn't resist once I found a great deal on one! We ended up constructing it on Father's Day (well... John ended up constructing it. All I did was sort the billions of nuts, bolts, screws, lock nuts, and other man objects I cannot pronounce. Thank goodness there were pictures of everything in the instructions!). It took all day, but John actually enjoyed himself putting it together and the kids love it!

Our new baby is a ....

Girl!

Here she is at our 20 week ultrasound a couple of weeks ago. Isn't she beautiful! Grace is very excited to be having a sister (although she has insisted that it was a girl from the beginning). Here is a picture of her tiny hand:
